Can you help me remove these marks on my face?

The marks on my face are quite embarrassing and make me feel uncomfortable. Can you help me remove these marks on my face?

hi

use a good face wash, rub tomato,cucumber or ur face, do not put ur hand on these pimples .....drink lots of water... u may be having dandruff thaths why u end up having pimples on ur face.... so use anti dandruff shampoo....and oil massage ur hair....

Hi mahima,
If you have only marks Retin A cream(topical retinoid) when applied for a minimum of 6-8 weeks will help fade off the marks.
But if you have them with active acne , by the time older markers fade off you get new ones and it will be difficult to maintain clear face with retin a.Then you may need antibiotics suggested by a dermatologist.
