Can Non-US Citizens(H1-b/H4 Visa) Couples adopt a Toddler or Older kid in the US?

    Hi Friends,

    I would like to know if Non-US Citizens on H1-b/H4visa Couples if they can adopt a Toddler or Older Kid domestically in the US. If they can, what are the Adoption Agencies or Sources that can help out with this.

    Go to the local government social services office and talk to them. One alternative is to be a foster parent which sometimes ends in adoption.
