Can i put puja room in north east corner balcony?

Dear All,

We bought new flat and its under middle of the construction.

Ours is "East face" house, 2BHK, 2 attached balcony's for 2 bedrooms.

When we enetred from main door, immediately right side one balcony is there i.e, at North-East corner. The balcony 3 sides walls are closed with cement wall upto 4feet height.

We are in plan to close that balcany walls with grill with glass doors. balcony roof also closed because we have one more floor above to our floor.

So please suggest me that "CAN WE PUT PUJA ROOM IN THAT BALCONY?"

if its yes, can we proceed with glass doors or i have to close the east side balcony wall with cement wall?

If any vastu experts are there please suggest me about my dought.
