Can i get a new account with existing username

    i am sandhya. here my username is sandh.today i reached the maximum limit of pic upload.what can i do for adding further pictures.can i get a new account with existing username.pls help me

    Hi Sandya,
    Even i had the same problem but so far i never got any solution for it.In fact i have many handicraft items that can be put up on indusladies but i feel sorry that i have not got any response....:-(

    Hi Sandhya,

    There may be a case, you have reached your maximum attachment quota limit.
    For reference:
    Post count & member status

    To check the same, please click on User CP -> User Control Panel ->My settings -> Miscellaneous -> Attachments.

    It will give you your usage as against your available limits. If you have reached the mark, I request you to delete some of your old attachments to upload new ones.

    Just an FYI.....

    We do not have a policy of creating a new account with the same userid.
