Can I Do Varalaxmi Vratham This Friday 9/2/2016

    I missed all the weeks and was under impression that i can perform varalaxmi pooja on 4th Friday of august and waited and i see the date falls in september. Please let me know if it is still ok to go ahead and do pooja.

    If not, can someone please let me know when i can perform this vratham this year if i miss in this month.

    For Tamils it is still Shravana Maasam (Aavani) So it is ok if you perform the puja this Friday too. Ask your family elderly women, if you are not sure. All the best !

    As per day it's amavasya so still sravana month is on. But there is an eclipse on that day. Not sure if vratham is performed during such times.

    Generally those who miss during sravana perform during the
    Navaratri.

    Please reconfirm with any elders in your family or friends.
