a devotee carries flowers and planning to visit 3 deities, lord shiva , vishnu and brahma and there is a small pond infront of all deities...
first he goes to the pond washes his feet and put the flowers, which becomes double and takes the flowers, offers to lord shiva.

again repeating the same for the other deities .flowers offered to the god was equal and finally coming out empty handed.

the question is how many flowers he had ?
how many becomes double and how many he offered to the god?
