Calling husband by name?

    No harm as long as you both are fine with what you call. This is not a great thing that which decides a relationship. And third parties coming up with opinion on this is not fair.

    i feel however modern we get this one topic will always never be in favour of us..
    i dont know whether my inlaws will object but my dad is a staunch opponent..and he scolds me badly for even not calling my husband like (in tamil vango pongo...i call him va po).....my inlaws make fun ...so against our nature i call him vango pongo when we are in india....and my hubby makes fun like its ok ma....have respect in your heart...dont call me like this..i feel so old...our age gap is 2.5 years old...guess some things never change....

    I know this really cute elderly couple( above 60), who call each other mummy and pappa!!

    It sounds soooo cute, i think it is a habbit from their olden days, when they were trying to teach their kids to call them mummy pappa.

    They have still retained their habbit, they are not shy of addressing each other like this even in public, it sounds really sweet and genuine.
