Jade and other beads can be bought from Lucky Plaza. You get genuine ones and also you can bargain on the price. Mustafa is pretty expensive. That's what I feel.

My husband used to wear a pearl ring. Now the problem is that the pearl has lost but the ring is still there. So does anyone knows a good jewelery shop where I can get genuine pearls to fix in the ring?

Pl. its urgent becoz this ring keeps him cool.

when compared to jewellery in Mustaffa i found more varieties of jewellery in other shops in little india.can anyone tell me other shops in which we can purchase gold at reasonable price and reliable?

I buy in Meena Jwellery. I fell that they have the latest collection. Compared to others there making charges are higher. You can try Chandani also. They also have a very beautiful collection just like in India.

I think the purity should not be a problem.
I got 1 of my ornament checked in India, it was off good quality, but that was long back (few year ago).
All the while I was under the impression that the gold which we get in Singapore is of good purity. Recently I brought a necklace set in Meena. Next time when I go to india I will get it checked.
I think there is place in Singapore where we can check the purity of the gold. Recently it was in news that Singapore Govt or CASE took a few random samples from the Jwellery shops in Singapore and got it tested. A shop by the name Meenachi in Little India failed. The gold was that pure.
