Hi All I am thinking of buying a Condo/Townhouse in NJ. Can anybody guide me about the good communities in NJ to buy a house and from which bank/company I should get it financed. Any other points which you think one should take care of, for buying a house are most welcomed. Please share your views here. Thanks & Reagrds
Hi Megha First thing, you should find a good realtor( agent) who will help you find the home that suits your needs. I am not familiar with the the areas in NJ, but you could look around by going to open houses and also going for drives through neighbouhoods. Ask your friends who have bought homes to recommend an agent to you, and also about good areas, with good schools etc.... Typically you will not have to pay any fees ( this is paid by the seller) . The agent will also be able to recommend a good financer for you. Or you could check out on line loan agents like eloan.com. Good luck house hunting Vandhana
Thanks Vandhana. This past week-end I went to the neighbourhoods and the open houses and learn a lot. Once again Thanks Regards
