I don't get time in mornings to cook anything, so I make breakfast and lunch before hand or in bulk for 2-3 days and then heat up in microwave while eating. These are some common things I make but bored of it now, so was thinking if you could think of something else for breakfast.

    - poha
    - sabudana khichdi
    - different types of idli's
    - cutlet with chutney

I once tried dosa and paratha's too. But re-heated ones doesn't taste great. My friends/colleagues mainly have protein bars or cereals with milk and suggested me to have those, but I am trying to stay away from those processed foods as much as possible.

Any other ideas you could think of?

When I make gravy I make it for 2 serving.

Like night i make fresh gravy for chapati next day I just make needs rice for that gravy for lunch.

Try veg cake it's healthy and yummy.

Veg pulao also is good for 2 serving.

Veg pasta also good for dinner n next day lunch.

    Grind batters in weekend for
Adai Idli and dosa and paddu.

Cut up veggies when watching TV or talking to mom on speaker phone
