    i have searched everywhere in indian and american stores for brown rice.It is good in fiber and low carbs. instead of brown rice i cook Cracked Wheat a sort of brown rice that we can get in indian stores.both are almost the same and i am not sure about chamanprash

    But cracked wheat is used to making Upma like of stuff it is not like rice at all
