Hi I am trying to find answer to one question for past some days. Can anyone tell me the difference between brown,red and parboiled rice. Also, I would like to know which one is the best in terms of nurtrients and taste . How to identify these? I can see white rice and parboiled rice. I some stores, i saw red rice but never saw brown rice? Maybe I dont know how to identify these correctly or all varieties are not available in Bangalore. Thanks in advance...
