Its a Brain Test 1. A murderer is condemned to death. He has to choose between three rooms. The first is full of raging fires, the second is full of assassins with loaded guns, and the third is full of lions that haven't eaten in 3 years. Which room is safest for him? 2. A woman shoots her husband. Then she holds him under water for over 5 minutes. Finally, she hangs him. But 5 minutes later they both go out together and enjoy a wonderful dinner together. How can this be? 3. What is black when you buy it, red when you use it, and gray when you throw it away? 4. Can you name three consecutive days without using the words Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday? 5. This is an unusual paragraph. I'm curious how quickly you can find out what is so unusual about it. It looks so plain you would think nothing was wrong with it. In fact, nothing is wrong with it! It is unusual though.. Study it, and think about it, but you still may not find anything odd. But if you work at it a bit, you might find out. Try to do so without any coaching! Hint : The most common letter in English is missing in 5th question . .. ... ..... ....... ......... ............ ............... ................... ........................ .............................. So post your answers but no cheating.......i tell u the answers later....... Regards
Answers 1) A lion cannot survive for 3 yrs without food....so it is dead...he will prefer that 3rd room 2) The woman has taken a photograph of her husband. 3) Coal 4) Yesterday, today, tommorrow.. 5) Letter "E " is not there.. I got it..............
hi jaisapmm, saras Ive got few queries regarding these answers.. If he prefers third room where the dead lions are there..he may also die after few days due to hunger as there is no food..no question of surviving..I feel dieing without food is much more dangerous than being dead at one shot. I feel second room is the best one for him..as all of them belong to same category(murderers), he can make friendhip with them..he can survive over there... Still I didn't get the 5th question..bonkwhere letter E is missing.. cheers laxmi
Dear Laxmi The most commonly used alphabet in the making of sentences or paragraphs is the letter 'E". It is almost impossible to construct such a long paragraph without this letter. If you re read the para in the question, you will observe that the letter 'E" has not appeared even once , and that is what makes the para special ! Rgds.
