This poem was written by my son few years ago at school for "On the spot poetry writing competition" where they were given the topic BOOKS. BOOKS ARE THE CREATION OF THE LORD, SO WE ARE GRATEFUL TO GOD, BOOKS ARE TO OCCUPY US IN LEISURE, TO GIVE US A LOT OF PLEASURE. BOOKS ARE A SOURCE OF KNOWLEDGE LIKE A BRIDGE BETWEEN SCHOOL AND COLLEGE BOOKS HAVE SO MUCH MATTER TO MAKE OUR BRAINS FATTER. THE ALLURING CALL OF THE BOOK TEMPTS US TO CATCH A GLIMPSE AND LOOK THE PERSON WHOSE THIRST FOR KNOWLEDGE IS MORE WILL NEVER EVER BE SORE. THE BOOKS WHICH ARE WHACKY MAKE THE PEOPLE CRANKY THE BOOKS WHICH ARE NICE MAKE THE PEOPLE WISE BOOKS ARE THE CREAM OF LIFE WHICH OCCUR IN THE DREAMS OF LIFE.
