    Hi Bujji,
I've a doubt. :hide: Only 10 or 15 books can be read in a year? Then how you all will read the book? Explain me the way to read a book. seems to be a silly question....:bonk:bonk. I apologise if it hurts anyone. Because I'll take maximum one week to complete the book. (only fiction stories).... Da Vinci code only took 10 days to finish.

By the way I like your username. My pet (cat) name is the same.

    Shel

    Thanks for stepping in :)
    No apologies needed :)

Every reader takes her own time to read a book. Let us take an avid reader who is a working woman with a toddler. She might get an hour or so in a day, to read. The challenge of 10 books is minimum. It depends on readers to fix their maximum.

I agree, Fictions wont allow us to put it down :)

    Welcome sreedevi :)
You can always revive your challenge, once you finish the target.

    Hope you enjoyed The Alchemist.
It opened new door for me.

Hi Bujji, I finally caught up with you...lol!! :thumbsup

    Here's is next set:
    3) Iris Johanses's Capture the Rainbow
    4) Haruki Murakami's Kafka on the shore
    5) Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice

I started with Arundati Roy's God of small things..It was good, but seemed way too detailed. :coffee Was taking too much time reading it so have put it down for now. Am really tempted to get Alchemist now that I've read such good reviews about it from most of you..Maybe after I finish my current read - a Jeffrey Archer to get me back on pace :) ...

    Rock on everyone...:cheers
