yes a gyno would suggest a complete urinalaysis.

basic urine analysis would say the presence of blood stain and the antibody(WBC) count in the urine test. this confirms the UTI.

u should ask for complete urine analysis which would say the exact bacteria colony that causes the infection and also each antibiotic medicine will be tested against this bacteria to see if the bacteria is responding(subsiding) with that medicine.

your gyno/urologist would suggest that medicine course.

dont ever stop the course in the middle by looking at the subsiding symptoms. u have to take the complete course to eliminate the bacteria from your system.

drink lot of water say 3 litres daily. vaginal wash lotion will reduce the itchiness. they might give you this powder/syrup kind(citralka) to increase the alkalinity of the urine. u have to mix it in a cup of water and drink it.

i am not a certified doctor but a 2 timer uti patient. please do take doctor's prescription as soon as possible, as the infection can go up to bladder and way upto kidney if not treated.

uti is recurrent one, so even after treating it please stay hydrated.

hope this would help u. get well soon.

See your primary care or family doctor asap. Sounds like UTI or bladder infection. They'll simply test your urine sample and if positive result your doctor will prescribe antibiotics. Will get better quickly most likely. Wish you good luck.

Any doc u go to ( urologist or general practitioners ) would request for urinalysis and may prescribe antibiotics too. First do the test as once u start antibiotics the result may vary. Please u should have visited the doc by now. Don't wait any longer

    Drink Cranberry juice.

You get the necessory consultation and treatment.
Apart from that I will suggest to drink coconut water
daily till to become normal . Tender coconut water will
clean up the kidneys and the internal system.
    Try this and get well.

Chk for kidney stones. Small kidney stones pass through urine and they are very painful. It also involves back pain. Do it at the soonest possible. If the stone gets lodged in ureter, it becomes even the more painful.

    Hi Friends,

Thank you for all the suggestions. I thought to go to hospital on saturday. But to my wonder, I haven't felt any discomfort from that moment. Now I don't have any pain while urinating. Also there is no blood in urine.

It seems like normal. So, now I am in a confusion what happened to me? why this discomfort came. And now without any treatment how it went off?

Should I need to consult a doctor saying all this?
