    Chart your cycles and avoid your fertile window. Or have your husband pull out. Neither will give you 100% effectiveness. If you want peace of mind and to avoid a surprise pregnancy a visit to your gyn is the best suggestion.

    Birth control is too serious an issue to depend on home remedies.Be responsible and talk to your doctor.

    These home remedies are okay if you are prepared to welcome a child even if something goes wrong...not if you don't want children.Life is precious....don't take a risk.

    Home remedies are not at all 100% safe....also other methods like following the safe period on our own also has risk of pregnancy....

    Better to consult a doctor & take advice....
