    Hi all,
we r planning for a baby, but the time we planned my periods came irregular (not in 28 days cycle). Now my doctor asked me to take birth control pills for 3 months which helps to regularise my periodsand to conceive. Will this help me to conceive and regularise my period? does it have any side effects?.
Friends if anybody hve experienced the same and helped pls do reply.

    Thanks in advance

    Dear Ramya,

from my experience i'll not recommend U birth control pill, my gyn also suggest me to take it. But when i stopped taking it, it takes around 5 mths to regulate my periods. & even for couple of months ard 3 mths i didn't get my periods & i was so worried. then my friends told me that's normal.

Another thing if ure taking birth control pills do not start planning for baby until couple of months. It increase chance of miscarriage. That's what i heard.
