Ingredients For Stuff Besan 250gram green chilli 4 zeera powder 1 spoon Oil 2 spoon For kachori Maida 1/2 kg wheat flour 1 cup Oil 2 spoon mangrail 1/2 spoon heat cooking pan with oil put cut green chilli & zeera powder.then put besan. fry it to make little golden.take it in plate.put some sprikle of water for not to make it too dry.keep aside now make dough after mixing maida and wheat flour with oil and other thing. mix it more time with hand to make dough soft. Now divide the dough into small portions.Put a large spoonful of the filling into the center, then fold the dough over the filling to form a pouch . Make sure to seal the filling at the top else it will all ooze out when you fry them! Repeat for all the kachoris.make it little flat with hand .Repeat for all the kachoris. deep fry all kachoris in oil. Serve with black gram chhola or coriander chatni.
