Bharatnatyam classes in SF Bay area

Hi girls,

Wondering if anyone out here has tried Bharatnatyam class in SF Bay area - specially Fremont area. I am looking for a place to join.

I had learnt bharatnatyam as a child and completely lost touch in the past decade.

Suggestions of good teachers/places are welcome.

Hi Ranganayaki,

I researched for Bharatanatyam classes last year after I moved to SF. My guess is that you'll have better luck than me since you stay in Fremont. There are a couple of options in the bay area, these didn't work for me as it was quite a commute from SF. Here are a few good dance schools-

Also , try catching the on going ethnic dance festival in San francisco. I think they do have a bay area dance group ( bharatnatyam) performing this year.
