Best brand of Dried shredded coconut

Hello sisters!

I am looking for a good brand of dried shredded coconut for making Sambhar/Curry podi. I know that dried coconut (shredded/powder/flakes are the forms that I would like to use) is a must to increase the fragrance of any kind of podi.

I was wondering if any of you ladies had good success using one brand of dried coconut and would be grateful if you share the name.
