i have aloevera plant at my home. i use it every day by applying it to face every night before sleeping.

and apply aloevera on hair for 15-20 mins and wash it away using shampoo
i have heat body and i can feel the difference.

But be sure, dont keep aloevera more time on ur hair, it will make body too cool. i left it more then 1 hour when i use it 1st time and it suffers me with damn cold.

    Hi,

Gingelly oil is nothing but the sesame oil.You can get in Indian shops in the western suburbs.Even you can get Idhayam nalla ennai.

After applying sesame oil and keep it for 45-60 mins and then wash the hair with Gram flour - 5 spoons,Methi powder - 2 spoons and make it to the dosa batter consistency.Wash your hair with this. You feel very cool and you will get rid of dandruff and ur health look shiny. The methi(fenugreek) powder acts as a conditioner.

    Cheers

    Priya
