Beautiful Music as a Backdrop of Timeless Art

Ok, can someone give me the English translation for this beautiful song that sounds so heavenly?

I was looking for YouTUBE videos that features classical art, and found the one linked at the beginning of this blog entry.

Is it about Liberty, because the title of the song is "Je Chante Avec Toi, Liberté"? I discovered came out recently, in 1981 even though it sounds like something from few centuries ago, i.e. Mozart, Beethoven.

And speaking of fine art, I just love the morphing effects of one painting to another.
