BDA Plot Vs BBMP Plot

    Hi,

    I would like to invest for a plot in bangalore near BTM layout.I came across BDA plot & BBMP plot.which is good to buy.
    Is buying a bbmp plot is safe.
    plz advice

    Before investing in any property get the copy of all the documents checked by a reliable advocate. There have been many instances of double registration and cheating is rampant. So please take care. BDA plots are bound to be costlier than BBMP plots. Anyway take all precautions before investing in any property. All the best!
