Mushrooms – 20 nos Cheese – ¼ cup Onion, chopped fine – 2 tbsp Coriander leaves – 3 tbsp Garlic – 2 flakes, minced Thyme – ¼ tsp Oregano – 1 gms Black pepper as required Salt – ½ tsp Olive oil – 2 tbsp <!--[if !supportEmptyParas]--> <!--[endif]--> Remove the stems from the mushrooms. Keep aside the caps and finely chop the stems. <!--[if !supportEmptyParas]--> Heat oil in a medium sized frying pan. Add the mushroom stems and chopped onion. Cook toll almost dry. Add all the remaining ingredients (except the cheese) and stir well. Remove from heat. <!--[if !supportEmptyParas]--> Top the mushroom caps (cavities) with this mixture. Lightly sprinkle the grated cheese over them. Grill till the cheese melts.
