Baby turning inside - baby positions

Hi ILs,I am in my 34th week. Whenever I had a scan my baby lay head down and other wise the LO is transverse accross my navel. My dr has hinted csection if LO continues like this and does not change this week. I can feel my LO turning but I have a feeling that LO is not turning fully but just changing from tanverse to oblique and vice versa. All this inspite of my taking ghee, which is said to help. Looks like either my LO is lazy or is crammed up being big. We are big people. Have you experienced this? Any info?
