Baby Poops immediately after feeding..pls help

    hi all,
    my baby is 10 month old.. 5 days back i started giving him rice with dal..he eats that but after eating he poops..now from 2 days his poops are loose..and he poops after drinking milk too..his poops are greenish yellow with little bit of mucous..he poopss atleast 3-4 times daily.
    his other activities are normal...i don't know whether it is because of teething or for rice introduction..
    pls share regarding this problem

    Introduction of new foods might lead to a change in the bowel habits of little ones...It takes atleast a week to settle, and it is a good idea to introduce one food at a time and continue for a week.
    Hope you and your LO are doing good.
