Baby pizzas with mozzarella and boiled egg topping 4 baby pizzas 150 gm mozzarella cheese,grated 1 egg, hardboiled and thinly sliced 2 tsp olive oil 2 garlic cloves, chopped ½ medium sized onion, chopped 8 tbsp tomato puree 3-4 sundried tomatoes, chopped) ½ tsp dry oregano ¼ tsp red chilli flakes Salt to taste Pepper to taste ½ red bell pepper, deseeded and diced ½ capsicum, deseeded and diced 4 fresh basil leaves, hand torn 1 tsp garam masala powder Heat olive oil in a pan. Add garlic and onion and sauté till translucent. Add tomato puree and cook on medium heat till it reduces slightly. Add sundried tomatoes, dry oregano, red chilli flakes, salt and pepper powder. Mix well and cook till it gets a sauce consistency. Set aside to cool. Divide into four equal portions. Spread a portion of the sauce on each pizza base. Spread mozzarella cheese. Arrange diced red pepper and capsicum. Top it up with egg slices. Place under hot grill till cheese melts completely. Serve immediately.
