    Everyday,there is something new being discovered and everyday,they tell us to avoid this or avoid that..Frankly,at this rate,our anxiety level only increases and stops us from using our brains effectively:spinMy policy is to take every news with a pinch of salt and just move on otherwise,we will end up becoming very fussy,especially here in the USA where the media is very good at drilling things into our head.:coffee

    Sunitha :cheerscoz even I think the same way & whenever I read :coffee such news it makes my head :spin but I will listen to the doctor n trust my instincts. I am aware of the current happenings but the reason y I am posting such news is to make people aware n informed.
