Dear Friends, putting a Boutique is my dream,past three years i was thinking thinking and wishing to have a Boutique in rent or own,i started saving some money everymonth so that one day i can fulfill my dream.But for Boutique a hot location is must..then if its rental then rent,sale girl salary,EB...so and so ...since i dont have sufficient amount i thought to start it from home itself. Yes i have started doing small business on clothing now,i started this business last week and am really glad to share with you all my happiness and looking your blessing. you are wondering what am selling ....well am doing marketing on unstitched 100% pure cotton fabric dress material of a brand designer Shree Ganesh. eventhough i couldnt able to have a Boutique now as i dreaming but am happy atleast i set a milestone and gave a kickstart ...wish one day i will have a Boutique... looking for your comments. Deepa as being a business person, i would suggest few things.. if you are running in small budget, 1. Better, make an agreement with your vendor, return policy of dead stock.(for certain period and amount they will agree) 2. And approach the vendors, who can give credit. 3. Dont show the fresh stock for new customers. Always dont show the complete designs at a time to customers. 4. Think about dead stock, while tagging the price. 5. just check all the designs are worthy or not while going through catalogue sets. Dont judge on basis of few designs.
