Your sister belongs to Libra (Thulam) Lagna; wherein the exalted Saturn is placed in the Lagna and direclty aspecting the 7th house and also in the Navamsa chart, the Saturn, who is placed in the Scorpio Lagna is aspecting the 7th house. They can go on any convenient day (either before or after the transit of Jupiter) and it is always best to do the pooja at the time of Rahukalam or as suggested by the temple priests
