    I believe it is a very great idea to blog. But the question really is what do the author get apart from readers reading it. The reason I am asking is i have heard that many people blog for monetizing reasons along with sharing their knowledge and experiences

    hi..., runa here...

    while its interesting to read blogs/snippets here everything else seems to be complicated. I have no idea where to see my posts/threads and the replies for my posts or questions.

    Am I now a registered IL'ite...? If so what /where all can I post, talk/chat with people?
