Dear Chithra Mam

I am sorry that I kindled your yearning of witnessing the Mylapore Temple Festival. But please convince Mr. V, that it is extremely worth and a satisfying experience atleast once. Though it is crowded, but not bad.

Secondly, I wish to have the recipe of Hammus (Arabic side dish) made of Kabuli Channa atta, I believe. I love that dish. Can you give or is it already posted in your recipe? Pls. let me know.

Not the least, I am slowly trying to get hold of the forum and found your " tips...tips" section yesterday only (after 6 months of joining), my Goodness Gracious, it gives sooooooo much, but what to remember, what to leave, what to make today.......... oh list just get going. You seem to be an encyclopaedia. Mr. V and Ms. Ruby are very lucky to have you around there.

I read some of ur receipes.. I found sme of the ingridents i cant able to understand. ex : Hing. You have mentioned in Garlic kozhmbu..
could u explain with Tamil Meanings also in the brackets. for the words which is harder to find..

first of all you are in the wrong section. Please use search. Our kindest member and great contributor has given lots of receipes in individual thread. For example, Tiffins, snacks, sweets, rasam, vegetables and etc.,

If you are particular about a specific recipe then type that in search and you will get lot of results and open one by one and see.
