    Hi Mrs.C,

    Have some queries, pls clarify whenever find time.

    I am seeing two types of godhumai rava here in the shops-cracked wheat & bulghar wheat. Which one is more nutritious? Also, the color of the cracked wheat is yellow & brown separately. Which one do you buy normally?

    Also, when I read the label on the packet, it says 0 g of dietary fibre and so surprised. Does that mean it does not contain fibre like our whole wheat flour.

    Dear cm i have a plan of starting the gm diet (probably you know it) 7 days diet programme 1st day only fruits. one of my friend instead of eating the fruits just like that as she is also working she used to do lumpsome chopping down all the fruits also seasoning it adding some masalas etc. the whole day she would eat it and also she succeeded reducing 25kgs of her actual weight. As i am also a mother of two when i followed it the time i am hungry the fruits are there and no time to chop it down and ultimately i eat something or the other which would be available that time and i failed following that diet continuously for 2 times. Now i think with your recipe help i could succeed. Please help me out in doing a big quantity for 1whole day only fruits except banana. When my friend can succeed sure i can also succeed with your help. Next day would be the vegetable day. Thank You.

    Dear SB,
    I did try the GM diet. You can just take the plain fruits straight away as & when you want to eat them. Try to include more of watery fruits like watermelons, oranges etc. Try to avoid adding salt, masalas etc.
    I am not sure if I have answered, what you have asked me !:confused:

    I lost only 2 kgs. Then I switched over to a dietician.That is safe & best.

    I beg your pardon since I seem to have missed your query.
    I really do not know because what we get here is Samba Godumai ravai also called lapsi.
    We get bansi ravai & makka chola ravai also. I am sorry, I really do not know.

    I wonder what is happening to me? - missing posts! May be senility, dymentia are all advancing ! I use pattani paruppu in place of gram dhal for vadai & paruppusili - nothing else !
