    You will find many shops in Charminar and Sultan bazaar which sells trendy as well traditional aritifical jewels. If you are looking for very peculiar one's try the arianna fashion store in inorbit mall. The designs are excellent but the prize is slightly on the higher side.

    You can find lot of shops & lots of variety in charminar. They have all the price ranges..but it requires lot of bargaining.

    You can also try general bazar in sec-bad.
