Are women born to accept everything?

Earning or not the wife is supposed to be inferior to hubby in our society.
Yours is a love marriage so why is DH changing into a traditional guy ?
Nowadays men are having the best of both the worlds, an earning wife who turns into a doormat in the evening.

 

PingPong, not all women are born to accept anything but for some of them either it comes as natural out of their upbringing and for remaning its forced upon them cos people around her have come into majority and just refuse to change for better or worse.

You really cant force anyone to do something until they have self-realisation, its easier for women to preach equality whose DH share household responsibility equally of cleaning toilets, cooking food and changing diapers.. then there was also a mention by a poster that both the partners refused to clean the toilet and it was a mess when SIL & MIL visited & finally they cleaned it.

Also this forum has never asked to ADJUST for an unreasonable request, posters simply post their opinion and its left to OP to do whatever they want..
No one is born to accept a nonsense but yes when you're living with another person of a different upbringing what appears reasonable to you might be unreasonable to another.

There are many people who still choose not to ADJUST throughout their lives and are into constant fights.. its all upto an individual what they seek for peace or equality... whatever it maybe the overall environment of the house contributes to peace and upbringing of kids and your own health... I would relate it to extremist groups.. who have a single motive in life and are not worried about peace or harmony but their BELIEF.

Everything is said above....I can only say... women are the main pillar of a family or household... she is the one who, with little patience, can change the world around...

Regarding in-laws --- No comments as I have not lived with them at all... they are far and so we maintain a good relation (touchwood)

If IL's advice them at once to separate from their husbands, give back answers to their in-laws or just file a case for some household issues....

Who is the looser... it the one who is asking some suggestions from us... not the IL's...

So IL's always try to PACTH UP THINGS OR REPAIR THINGS NOT DEMOLISH EVERYTHING...
