I felt very sad when I watched Visu's programme today. Really the plight of aravanis is deplorable. For no fault of theirs' they are segregated from society. They are teased and pushed around. The govt and private organsations should provide employment to the educated ones. In schools and educational institues also they should not be discreminated and abused.
In north India whenever a child is born in a household, they will visit the house in a group and take the child and dance. North Indian people think it is auspicious to be blessed by these people. They will give them money and clothes and all. They all shoud be given proper education and should be allowed to mix and work like other handicapped persons. Hope that our ils will agree with me.
