Applying passport for newborn

Hello shanvy, i am also facing same problems.. My hubby's native is dindigul, mine is chennai and we both have passport in the respective address..my hubby's name is also added in my passport.. he is working in kuwait...i was there for about 8 months and im holding permanent visa also.. now for delivery i came to chennai..i will be applying new passport for my newborn in chennai only..i want to clarify whether any problem arise as my hubby's & my passports are issued in different address..only 'annexure H' that is declaration of both parent is required or anything else to be submitted????
