    Tuttle Parke has high lease breakage ...

    In crossing.. they said we have to pay the rent for the remaining period until it gets rented or sub leased ..

    In the crossing of Avery the lease breakage was rent until the unit gets rented or subleased ..

    So plan to take a lease for 6 Months ..
