    I learn from your post that u r still in Philly. i will also be coming to Philadelphia from India(TN) in d middle of Dec. My husband's office is in Philadelphia downtown. And we have a daughter(4 yrs old). We are actually looking for a place which is quite, clean & which has a Indian community. And also near to schools. My rent budget is from 900$-1100$. Can you plz suggest me a place according to my need?

    Hi Gokila

    In king of Prussia, you can look Lafayette apt which is i am living now or valley forge suits apt. Lot of Indians are living here. This area school district called UPPER MERION .
    you can search in the net. And I don't suggest that marquis apt(new name is 251 dek).And valley forge towers and abram runs are too costly. I am also from TN.

    i have to finalise the apartment by the end of dis week. i recvd a mail from ur apartment ppl regarding the rent details. It says 1285$ per month for a 2br apt. Is it d same as mentiones in d mail or lesser? Are there Indian groceries nearby ur apt? How far is train? i knw im askinf too many questns. Im sry for that.

    Want all the above in a walkable distance.

    If you want you can choose 2bed and 1bath. it will come little less cost.
    And if you sign 12 months lease they will reduce $100/ month.
    And valley forge suits and Lafayette are same Westover company.
    So look both apts.
    The advantages of vally forge suits walkable distance school is available but kids should be potty trained.
    The advantages of Lafayette one community rambler bus(small rv van) is coming.
    this bus go to KOP mall, grocery stores , library , school areas.

    We have an grocery stores nearer to kop.
    Bensalem is little far from us. Bus we can go once in a while.

    We have finally narrowed down our search to Lafayatte & Valley Forge Suits. Since ma hubbyz work location is in Phily downtown, hw far is the train stations from those apts? Facilities in Lafayatte.. are the amenities they provide are good? Car parking....

    thank you for replying. We actually reached philly n in a hotel at king of Prussia. We have seen kingswood apt at king of Prussia. Do u know Hw far it's good ?? I heard there are Indians staying there. Is it true?? N please tell me which indian store I get good groceries ?? Thank you. I'm actually scared seeing this new place
