Yes I saw that there is cooking gas in Fox run.

I just checked apartmentratings.com and they mentioned in reviews that apts have pests. So I wanted to ask you about the same.

Yeah I think I can take a train to Jersey City or drive. That shouldnt be a problem. Only thing is finalizing an apt.

I have been living in Plainsboro for quite some time .
We lived in Tamarron Drive which is a condo community, and now in Ravens Crest.

Ravens Crest has both apartments and few condos and we live in condo.

We like Tamarron better than Ravens Crest. There were less houses and a park next door.

In Plainsboro,except Foxrun all the apartments have electric stoves only(as far as i know).

I dont have any idea about apartment management people .As we live in condo we deal with our home owner only.If we have any problem,we report to him.

But ravens Crest E2 and F model apartments look good.

btw,are you looking for 1 or 2 BD.?

There are also nice townhouse communities in this area like Hampshire and Brittany , in case if you are looking..

 

Only Fox run have cooking Gas all other are electric. Regarding pests. There is an eco pond and few apartments are there facing the pond and i guess they might have that issue. We are living in the opposite side near pool so we dont see any pests.

We are living here past 8 months and i liked it here. :thumbsup

 

Oh ok... We are ok with 1 or 2 BD. Depending on the size of the apt we are going to decide.

When you said about Condo's even I started thinking about it. But how is it living in a Condo? As if there are any problems we generally report it to the apt. people and they take care of it. How about in your case? It all depends on how nice the owner is I guess.

I will check out this Ravens Crest E2 and F model as you have suggested.

Yes,aditi it all depends on how good the owner is !

But the Condo also has separate management,so they'll come and fix any problems.If the problem is because of our negligence,we got to bear the expense otherwise the owner will.

Luckily our owner is good.

You know what, our owner owns 3 condos in ravens crest and i saw an ad by him in craigslist y'day.

You can search, as Iam not sure whether i can give his number here.

How big is your condo? 3 BDR or 2 BDR?

Is it well maintained? How much will be the rent approx.?
