Anyone travelling from chennai to philadelphia??

Hi,

Am travelling from chennai to philadelphia next week in lufthansa. i would liek to know whether anyone else travelling on the same flight.

I am actually moving to Delaware and am 15 weeks pregnant. Please suggest me wat all to take while travelling and what all things to note during the flight travel and am travelling alone.

Ladies who have been in the same situation before please help me.

Hi,

It is still quite early in your pregnancy.. I suggest you speak about this travel to your gynac,she will have a list of things you should take care of during this trip.

If you can find a companion to travel with it will be very good for you.
Keep drinking water. Keep a pillow handy.. its a long trip,if you are tired you can lie down for some time in the airport ie if you are having a long transit.

Don't hang your leg down for a long time..try to keep your leg raised,to prevent fluid retention.
Keep some pastic bags with you...you may feel nauseated.
