Thank you so much for this recipe. Haven't tried this before. Will try it out.
I havent' tried it. People suggest this along with fermented foods (eg:meso soup) for gut health, especially for IBD (see here)
Yogurt is part of SCD diet and fermented foods are active part of FOODMAP diet to regain gut health
