Hi Shridevi, Congatulations on your prgnancy. Include lots of veggies and fruits in your diet. Dont strain yourself by doing excercises as of now. take as much rest as possible. Do small house hold works and that is enough for now. Take milk and curd daily. If you are non-vegetarian have 3 eggs per week. split your meals intake to 5 small meals instead of having 3 big ones.
