Lovely! Very nicely written language. I understood most of it but what is Pudami? From context I guessed it may be west facing direction or horizon but those we call as Padmara. ( tuurpu- padamara) so could not guess it.
Thank you, Sandhya for liking poem and posting your valuable comments. Pudami means bhumi ( earth). We have good synonyms for any word in telugu and some of them relate to sanskrit.
To sing these lyrics composed in a carnatic raga is another alankaram. I enjoyed reading all lines of the poem. But correctly understood those I quoted above. This reminded me of a beautiful Cine song in Tamil.
