Advantages/disadvantages of staying in a Villa apartment in Mussafah/MBZ city

    I am currently staying in flat in Khalidiya. Planning to move to Mussafah/MBZ city as it will be close to school. I have observed in Dubizzle that most of the apartments for rent are villa apartments. Are there any cons in staying in villa apartment? Please enlighten me ladies.

    MBZ have villas. shabiya in mussafah have buildings. in dubizle search location shabiya.

    kids have place to play in villa areas because they have compound walls. rents in villas are lesser. Electricity and water are paid by the agent in villas.-ve is no grocery stores nearby.no streetlights
