I apply Profoot cream (https://www.amazon.com/PROFOOT-Non-Greasy-Calloused-Penetrates-Moisturizes/dp/B001INWE0C) due to dry skin on my whole body, esp in this horrible cold weather. By mistake I must have put my lower arm in my mouth when sleeping. This is what woke me up. Now I got nasty taste of thie Profoot Cream in my mouth. It doesn't seem to be going away. I don't even know what to google to help myself. Any ideas? How to get rid of nasty taste of lotion if you accidently get lotion in your mouth. Ugh, plz help!!!
this could be a thread to guess what @Metamorphic had posted.... My guess: What else...it is the same thing you read in every recipe: Add Salt to Taste.
@Hopikrishnan, Among other things, I suggested OP to scrape the tongue too ... Do you still want to continue this??
That’s me waiting in anticipation for @Hopikrishnan ’s next. It also can be deciphered as the prideful innocent me waiting for Hopi’s appreciation for suggesting the tongue scrape.
I am always reluctant to hog threads, where everyone should get a chance to write a post. Once, and if I could not resist it, twice is my maximum in any thread. Let everyone have a go at how to make foot cream palatable. Your "scrape the palate" is one way, my "make it palatable" is the other way. Afterall the OP expects to eat it again when she said "It may help in future." I checked the contents of the foot cream. Nothing harmful; lack of salt, some ginger-garlic paste, and perhaps garam-masala, depending on whether the foot cream eater is desi or firangi would matter a little. If it was harmful, it would have carried the "Mr. Yuk" sticker on it. Unless there are controlled clinical experiments, nobody could say for sure why foot dryness cannot be attached from both sides -- from the outside and from the inside by eating some of the cream. If OP can keep good records of what was eaten, the dosage level, and the effect on the foot (and other parts), there could be an invention in this. US Patent, big Pharma fighting over acquiring rights to the invention, gobs of dollars....early retirement... condo on beach in Panama City.....Stop... I need a drink.
