    Though I have not had my hand at this one, I just completed 'The Kite Runner'.. Its my new favorite.. Khaled Hosseini is a great author..

    Hi,
    yes shruthi...one of my friends ( a guy..guess he cried too)challenged me that you will cry at the end of each chapter and i really did..i would recommend all to try it...yet to read kiterunner

    I can't imagine how a male (Khaled hosseini) can bring out all the emotions of a woman so precisely ...

    Yes it is quite a realistically written book even though I found the time jump a bit confusing. I kept thinking when will Miriam reappear and then her life was so sad .
