a jolly good fight with mom

hello

a couple of months back i was busy getting ready to shift to make way for building our new house..i was tidying up the box that contained my `marriage vessels' given by my parents...i was busy washing it to put it to dry and noticed something strange..
i gave a ring to mom
i usually give her eight to nine rings before she replies
this time she replied after three
i should have been happy
ya chollu she said
mom you are scheming i said
she didnt expect this..
he what are you saying she said
( i m usually sweet when i talk to her..!)
you have planned even before marriage...i gave a wisp..and wail..no mom you shouldnt have done it..
hey whats up with you...what is it tell me she said
not fair i said..
she was even more perplexed..now what is the matter..something wrong with you..are you sick..any problem at home..?

she knew it was some kind of joke...( i rarely go for practical jokes..!)

mom today i was cleaning the vessels you gave me and there were only four plates four tumblers four davaras..my god even four serving spoons..two for us and two for kids..?

she broke into a guffaw
whew is that all...i was worried she said

ok how much do you want for your wedding anniversary will a dozen do?
she asked
