55 words story - 3,4,5 - based on IL entries

These entries 3, 4 and 5 are heavily based on other authors in IL Blog space. Sorry for reusing the theme without your permission! In fact I am not able to trace back the authors though I roughly remember RGS, Iswarya, as few of them.
Pls treat this as an attempt to do a precis writing of your excellent ones. Also forgive me for spoiling the flavour.

3) Divorce
“It is becoming very difficult to see Roopa these days. Her mother is very strict. She cannot meet me, cannot talk to me. I don’t know for how long” said Gokul.
“Get married” suggested Danie.
“No way… I cannot compensate Suja. Though she initiated the divorce. I will win the custody of my daughter Roopa”

4) Room Partner
I got a small room after tiresome search. Suddenly a pretty young lady came inside. She claimed that she would share the room. I protested but my heavy lids got pulled down without any word.


Next day the receptionist gave a squeak. “Oh God, that must be Andrea, who committed suicide in that room!”


5) Missing something

‘How will I tell her? She got into the train 2 stations later than me. I went for a fag, came back to see her sitting here, disturbing me a lot. She is beautiful and looked intelligent. Will she understand?’
I sigh in relief when she got down as I occupy my favourite window seat.
